"I have wanted to send you a quick note expressing my sincere thanks to Fred and Stu for going beyond the call of the duty!! 

Fred and Stu have been there at all times of the day and night to guide me and our mechanic through service questions.  Just this weekend, I made calls to both of their cell phones on a Saturday afternoon during a major event that we were sponsoring and was immediately responded to with a diagnosis to a situation we had.  The fact that they took time out of their personal schedule to answer my call and help work through the problem-now that's customer service at its BEST!!!  I have called in the very very early hours, forgetting you are two hours behind us, and my call has always been answered or returned promptly. I'm sure you are aware they are a great asset to your company as well as mine.
